Maintenance window has been lifted for core crypto-to-crypto route creation, while many non-crypto routes may remain temporarily unavailable while we assess further. We expect conditions to change in the near future, where core crypto routes may become unavailable again for creation while we migrate to an upgraded system.

This is not a security incident - we're simply rolling out some big service improvements.
